Altar Guild
This committee is responsible for the arrangements that appear on the Altar Table each Sunday morning during service. A very dedicated group of people meet several times a year to discuss who will arrange each week.
Advent and Lent are very special because the committee does interpretive arrangements based on the scripture of the week.
Altar Guild also has requests made from friends of the church that want an arrangement for a memorial, honorary, birthday, etc. These requests are happily accepted (for $30 to purchase materials) on any date other than during Advent and Lent. Following church service, you may take your arrangement, otherwise they are taken by the Deacons and distributed to friends who are sick, or not able to attend church.
